The Travelodge Kings Cross / Royal Scot is a 15-minute walk from Kings Cross station and three stops to the West End on the Northern Line from there. Transport links are excellent and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
As with most Travelodge hotels, accommodation is basic but comfortable and offers good value for money. You’ll need to provide your own hairdryer and iron, but all other essentials are taken care of, including tea and coffee-making facilities, essential toiletries and a flat-screen TV.
Bright, airy, good-sized en suite rooms come with large comfy beds, which you’ll find especially welcoming after a big night out in the West End. A large restaurant and bar provide excellent value food and drinks.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a small surcharge.
Top tip: If you want to explore the area’s culinary and libationary possibilities, Kings Cross has a large number of restaurants and bars. The very popular Big Chill House is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We recommend anything from their burger menu.
